After that, I leave you positive feedback and all the responsibility shifts from you to me. I promise that I’ll always do everything in my power to make sure you're happy. This is why MY CUSTOMER FEEDBACK IS 99.9% POSITIVE. Photos I never use stock photos. You will always see the coin you’re bidding on in the listing. Shipping Handling I ship your items on the day of or the day after payment. (If there are holidays, I’ll ship on the first day the post office is open). I always let you know exactly when your item ships. Although many businesses – large and small – make a huge profit on shipping handling, I find it distasteful and therefore refuse to do so. For individual raw coins it will always be 60¢ to anywhere in the U.S. and $1 to anywhere outside the U.S. Combined Shipping I'll always combine shipping if I can do so without losing money (which I can 99% of the time). However, if you win an auction and are planning on winning another auction on another night, please let me know your intentions. As I said, I'm happy to accommodate you, but it makes me feel much more at ease when I'm informed of your buying and bidding plans. Insurance Shipping and handling for insurance on domestic items is an additional $2.40. Because I’ve been asked more than once why I charge $2.40 when it’s no secret that USPS insurance starts at $1.65, I will explain. As of last May 2007, the United States Postal Service no longer allows insurance on regular envelopes. I therefore have no choice but to mail insured items as packages. This is not only more expensive in and of itself, but also those bubble mailers can be surprisingly pricey! Non-domestic insurance can be extremely expensive and varies from one country to another, but I’m happy to look into prices on an individual basis at the buyer’s request. Grading I generally avoid the topic of grade because too often I see it used on ebay to mislead buyers. I much prefer to simply post the nicest picture of a coin that I can and let you the buyer determine its value based on your own expertise. However, on the rare occasion that I do grade a coin, I do so as conservatively as possible. Payment (or lack thereof) I respectfully reserve the right to relist items not paid for within ten days of the end of the auction. Questions I am always eager and happy to answer any and all questions you may have about my items.
